Stacey Vanthuyne presents
A one-day live experience for business owners, founders and leaders who've built something real, and are now being asked to decide, lead and grow without the certainty they used to count on.
What got you here isn't wrong. It just can't be the only evidence you use to decide what's next.

Sound familiar?
None of that is bad leadership. Most of it is why you're successful. Which is exactly what makes it so hard to spot when it starts costing you.
The formula
Work hard. Be responsible. Get good at what you do. Learn from experience. Don't take unnecessary risks. Figure it out, and hope for a little luck along the way.
You built the business. The career. The team, the reputation, the life you're proud of.
But the world you're leading in now isn't the one that taught you how to win. Markets move faster. AI is changing how work gets done. Your team expects something different from you. Even home looks different. (Your "adult" kids are still living there? When did that become normal?)
So when the answer gets less obvious, capable people don't suddenly become incapable. We become more of who we already learned to be.
The responsible leader takes on more.
The independent founder stops delegating.
The hard worker works harder.
The experienced executive leans on what worked last time.
The realistic owner waits for enough information to make the "smart" call.

The cost
You wait for more data, more clarity, a better quarter. The window you were waiting for closes while you wait.
You hold onto the decisions because it's faster. Your team learns to wait for you. Now you're the bottleneck in the thing you built.
Every new problem gets the old answer: work harder. It's how you got here. It's also how you get tired in a way a long weekend doesn't fix.
The sequence you learned
The sequence now required
Nobody's asking realistic people to become unrealistic. The question is whether "realistic," based only on what you already know, can build something that doesn't exist yet.
What Beyond You is
You've read the books. You've done the conferences. Knowing what to do was never your problem. Doing it, when you can't prove it'll work yet, is a different thing.
Beyond You is one day of real business challenges, honest stories, live music and interactive experiences that show you what's actually been making your decisions. Then you make one. And you start acting on it before you leave the room.
Not throwing away your experience. Not pretending risk isn't real. And definitely not asking you to "dream bigger."
You belong in this room if
You own the business, and it now needs a different leader than the one who built it.
You're making calls without the certainty or the market you used to count on.
You lead people, growth or change, and the strategy is moving faster than the team.
You've proven you can succeed, and you're asking what the next chapter actually requires.
You're the one everyone relies on. Maybe a little too much.
This probably isn't for you if
You want a pump-up day that feels great Monday and is gone by Thursday.
You're looking for someone to hand you a new tactic.
You'd rather sit in the back and take notes than participate.
The day
Doors open at 8:30. We start at 9 and wrap at 4, with lunch on us. Expect to laugh, get challenged, get surprised, and move.
Disrupt the Expected
Music, energy, and an opening that tells you in the first five minutes this isn't a normal conference.
The Success Paradox
How the exact thinking that built your success quietly decides what you're willing to try next.
Build a Better View
Interactive. You'll see the assumptions behind your own decisions, not a slide about them. Yours.
The Panel
Corporate, entrepreneurial and community leaders on the decisions they made before they had proof. The honest version. Panelists announced soon.
Beyond the Edge
An immersive experience that takes you past the evidence of what you've already built.
The Decision
You make one. A real one, the one you've been sitting on. And you take the first step before you go home.
The Close
Live music, movement and a room full of people who just did something hard. You'll feel it.
You'd rather sit in the back and take notes than participate.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
If you leave fired up and go back to making the same decisions, we didn't do our job.
A decision you've been sitting on. Made, and already in motion.
The ability to tell when your experience is informing a decision, and when it's quietly making it for you.
A clear read on where you've become the bottleneck, and what to hand back.
A room of people who get it. Most of them are carrying the same thing you are.

YOUR HOST
I spent more than 20 years in corporate leadership. Call centres, ramp-ups, shutdowns, the change projects nobody else wanted. Over and over, I watched companies spend big on new strategy, new technology and new structure, while the people responsible for the results kept running the same thinking.
Then I had to take my own medicine. I walked away from a $130,000 job as a single mom, with zero proof it would work. I learned to ride a bike at 50. At 51, I swam out of Alcatraz.
None of that started with certainty. It started with a decision.

what it's like to work with stacey
"I'd been building my business for several years and had achieved a level of success I was proud of, but I also knew I was capable of more. My earnings had remained around the same level for a couple of years, and despite having access to regular mentorship and training, I felt like I needed something more personalized to help me reach my next goal.
Working with Stacey over nine months gave me the opportunity to look at more than just my business strategies. We worked on how I was thinking, the decisions I was making and what might be keeping me at the same level.
As a mother building a business, having someone who understood both my ambitions and the responsibilities I was balancing made a difference.
Since working together, I've expanded my team and achieved the VP level I'd been working toward.
I'm proud of what I've accomplished, and grateful for the role Stacey played in helping me move beyond where I'd been stuck."

"When I started working with Stacey, I was navigating a new chapter in my life. I was recently divorced, raising three kids and working a stable job, but I knew there were other things I wanted to explore.
Fitness had become increasingly important to me, and I had an interest in entrepreneurship, but I wasn't entirely sure what that could look like or how to move forward.
Working with Stacey helped me get clearer about what I wanted and begin taking action toward it. Our conversations went beyond setting goals. They challenged me to think differently about what I was capable of creating for myself and my future.
Since then, I've earned my personal training certification and started helping others better understand the connection between mindset, movement and nutrition. I'm especially passionate about helping kids develop healthy habits early in life.
What started as a personal goal has opened the door to something much bigger, and I'm excited about where it can go."

"When I joined Stacey's Becoming program, I didn't realize how much the way I saw myself was influencing the decisions I was making and what I believed was possible for my life.
The program challenged me to look at the beliefs and stories I'd been carrying about who I was, what I was capable of and what I could create for myself.
One of the biggest things I took away was realizing that I didn't have to keep making decisions based on the person I'd always believed myself to be. I could choose differently, even when it meant stepping outside what was familiar and comfortable.
Since completing Becoming, I've moved to a new city, found a job I genuinely love and even stepped outside my comfort zone to sing at my church. Those might seem like three very different accomplishments, but to me they're all connected. They're examples of what happens when you begin trusting yourself and giving yourself permission to experience more of life.
Becoming helped me see that I wasn't limited to the version of myself I'd known. There was more of me to uncover, and more of life to experience."
